Quick Play guide #903
Momo Pop is a link-and-match puzzle where you connect two identical cute animals to clear them off a crowded board. The habit that saves new players is scanning for reachable pairs instead of tapping at random.

A crowded grid of cute animals sits in front of you, and each turn you connect two matching faces to clear them away. The faster you find identical pairs, the higher the score climbs.
What you're after
Spot two identical animals and clear them, over and over, without letting slow hunting drag your score down. Every cleared pair is what raises the number, so keep your eyes on the matching faces.
How to steer
You link one animal to its match, and the pair disappears when the path between them is clear. The input is a single connect motion, so your attention belongs on whether a route actually reaches the twin.
Your first minute
Your first run is just for learning what a valid connection looks like: touch one animal, trace to the same face, and confirm the pair clears before you try to go fast. Speed can wait until you can read a route at a glance.
A gentle start
Scan for the most obvious matching pair near the board's edge, clear it, then rescan the middle instead of staring at one corner. Working outside-in stops you from missing easy links hidden in the crowd.
Where it wobbles
When a link does not clear, the cause is almost always another tile sitting in the path, not that you chose the wrong pair. Check whether a different route or a different matching pair is actually open before retrying.
When you're stuck
Freeze on a single animal and ask only where its matching twin is, ignoring the rest of the board for a moment. That one-question scan usually breaks a grid that looks like a solid wall of faces.
From the desk
Prefer a pair whose clear opens a path to another pair. A move that unblocks the board beats a fast pop that leaves you nothing to link next.
First-timer questions
Pick one animal and search for its identical twin instead of scanning the whole grid at once. A pair only counts when you can trace a route to it that does not cross another tile.
Almost always the route between the two faces is blocked by other tiles. Trace around the obstacle or switch to a different matching pair rather than retapping the same two.
Clear pairs fast, but favor the ones that open new paths first. A quick board you can keep reading beats a fast pop that leaves a wall of faces behind.
