Rights reports
Rights holders should identify the material, provide the relevant page URL, explain their authority, and include supporting evidence. We review credible reports and may disable a disputed listing while it is investigated.
The fastest reports to act on are the ones that can be checked without a reply. A broken link is easiest of all when the message names the game and the page, because the listing can be opened and inspected directly. An editorial correction is easiest when it quotes the sentence you believe is wrong and says what it should say instead. A technical report is easiest when it mentions the device and browser, since a page that fails on one setup often works on another, and knowing which one you used is the difference between a fix and a guess.
Reports about rights are handled separately from the rest. A rights holder should identify the material, give the exact page address, explain their authority over it, and include whatever evidence supports the claim. Complete reports go to the same published address, and a credible report may result in a listing being disabled while it is looked into. The content rights page sets out what a complete notice should contain, and reading it first usually saves a second message.
Some messages are worth sending even when nothing is broken. A page that describes a game in a way that no longer matches how it plays is worth reporting, and so is a guide whose steps no longer lead anywhere useful. Those reports are treated as editorial corrections, and the game title plus the page address is what makes them actionable. Nothing sent to this address needs to include a password, a payment detail, or any other credential, and those should never be sent.
