Playfield Journal

Content rights

How Playfield Journal handles third-party game artwork, playable files, and rights reports.

Playfield Journal does not claim ownership of third-party game names, artwork, trademarks, or playable files. These remain with their respective owners.

External delivery

Catalog artwork is stored locally in the deployment package for reliable loading. The playable experience is still delivered by an external game service, whose availability and separate policies remain outside this site's control.

Rights notices

A rights notice should identify the work, provide the exact page URL, explain the reporter's authority, include a good-faith statement, confirm that the information is accurate, and include a signature or authorized sign-off. We review complete notices and provide a response or counter-notice route where applicable.

Designated rights contact

For copyright or DMCA-style notices, contact the site's designated rights desk at guog29366@gmail.com. A complete notice should identify the work, locate the material, provide contact details, state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, confirm under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the reporter is authorized to act, and include an electronic or physical signature. Where applicable, include consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required for a counter-notice. This public email is the monitored intake route for rights reports.

Review and removal

The site operator maintains the distribution rights records for the listed catalog. If a title's rights status cannot be reasonably verified, or a credible rights concern is received, the listing may be disabled or removed while it is reviewed. Please use the published rights-report address to submit a report.
